The Master’s Degree in General Business Economics (ECOAZ) belongs to the LM-77 Class of Master’s Degrees, has a duration of three years and involves the acquisition of 120 CFUs, split over a maximum of 12 exams and a final exam. The course is split into two curricula:

a specific curriculum in “Legislation, Auditing and Control”, which complies with the 2014 MIUR agreement and is subject to a specific 2015 agreement with the Milan Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Professionals.
a curriculum in Management
There is a preset number of places available on the Master’s Degree.

There is no admission test, but there will be an assessment of personal preparation consisting of an evaluation of qualifications and the previous career of the candidate.

Access to the Master’s Degree is reserved to candidates in possession of a L-18 or L-33 Bachelor’s Degree (in accordance with Ministerial Decree 270/2004) or an equivalent class of degree according to the relevant framework. Candidates must have achieved a degree score of no lower than 94/110 and be in possession of at least 18 credits in the Business Economics scientific discipline.

Candidates set to graduate in the same degree classes can conditionally enrol provided that they have an average of no lower than 24/30 and will obtain their degree no later than the deadline specified in the admissions notice. These candidates must also be in possession of at least 18 credits in the Business Economics scientific discipline (SECS P07).
The ranking will be produced on the basis of the requirements specified in the admissions notice.

At the end of the course, graduates will obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Economics, class LM-77.

The aim of the course is to provide students with an advanced understanding an in-depth cultural and professional preparation based on in-depth knowledge of the business economics and legal fields in particular, supplemented by knowledge of political economies and mathematics and statistics. This will enable them to deal with the increasingly interlinked problems that companies and public organisations are facing in the current, competitive context. The course will also enable graduates to engage in the professional activities set out by the National Register of Chartered Accountants and as statutory auditors, once they have completed a traineeship and passed the state exam.

The Master’s Degree is structured in a way that enables and guarantees organic, progressive learning on the part of students regarding the main aspects of business administration, control and management, as well as legal disciplines relevant to businesses and the management of both private companies and public organisations.
